Altstadtgymnasium- High School
Altstadtgymnasium- High School
The local college-preparatory high school of Hollstedt, the Alstadtgymnasium, was established in 1912 and has been functioning in this capacity for over 100 years.
The school is situated in the middle of the old town of Hollstedt and is a visual and historic gem of our town.
Realschule Hollstedt as part of the School Centre
This vocational secondary school became a part of the newly established school centre in 2002 and offers round about 300 students a furthering diploma.

Hauptschule Hollstedt as part of the School Centre
This is the second of the two vocational schools which make up the school centre. The construct is the in 2002 established union of neighboring vocationally-oriented secondary schools formerly of Hollstedt, Sülldorf-Nord and Rissen.
The school accommodates approximately 180 students on the centre campus, in addition to those at its neighboring school- the Realschule Hollstedt.

Geschwister-Scholl Elementary School
The Geschwister-Scholl Elementary School is known and acclaimed for its nature program, its teaching garden (see picture) and its humanistic curriculum.
The school lies slightly south of the centre of the old town and currently accommodates over 100 students.
