Due to the potential reappearance of the serial killer ‘The Soul Gatherer’, we are advising all citizens not to go outside on their own after nightfall and to keep all windows and doors securely shut.
Should anyone become aware of any suspicious activity, we ask you to contact us directly on our emergency number - 110.
